Effective September 21, 2026. This policy is for customers of Tour America RV's, Inc., the RV repair and storage yard at 5091 B NW 79th Avenue, Doral, FL 33166. Se habla español. If you would rather hear this in Spanish, call 305.639.1919 and we will walk through it.
Who we are
When this page says “we,” it means Tour America RV's, Inc. Phone 305.639.1919. Fax 305.639.1918. Email info@touramericausa.com. We have been a family yard in Doral since 1999. We repair RVs, store RVs, boats, and other large vehicles, and occasionally offer a rig for sale. The office is open Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Closed Saturday & Sunday. Storage customers have 24-hour access. Cameras cover the yard.
Information you give us
- The website forms. The note on the homepage and the contact form ask for your name, email, and what you need. Phone is optional. You can choose repair, storage, a quote, or a message. A hidden field catches automated junk. Do not put a Social Security number, a driver’s license number, or a card number in the form.
- Phone, fax, and email. If you call, fax, or write info@touramericausa.com, we keep what we need to answer: the number or address you used, the vehicle, and what you asked us to do.
- At the yard. A repair or a storage spot needs the vehicle description, the name of the person who can authorize work, how to reach you, and what we found. The written estimate, invoice, or storage agreement is the record of that job.
- Cameras. Cameras cover the yard for security. They are not a public webcam and we do not post that footage. We keep it long enough to look into an incident, then the recorder overwrites it on its normal cycle.
This website does not take payment and does not store card numbers. If a job is paid by card, that happens at the yard, not in this form.
Information collected while you browse
The server that delivers the site can log the IP address, the time, the page, and the browser type. We use that to keep the site up and to block abuse. We do not use it to build a marketing profile.
The pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. The directions link and the map open Google. Those requests go to Google. We do not run Google Analytics, a Facebook pixel, or other advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we will change the Cookie Policy first.
When you click OK on the cookie note, the browser stores that choice locally under the name ta_cookie_ok so the note does not return every visit. It is not a customer record on our server.
How we use information
- To call or email you about the repair, storage spot, quote, or question you sent.
- To write the estimate, do the work, and invoice it.
- To run the storage yard: who is authorized, which vehicle is in which spot, and the written agreement.
- To look at camera footage if something happens in the yard.
- To keep ordinary business records for taxes, insurance, and Florida repair-shop practice.
A form or a phone call is a request for us to contact you about that vehicle. We do not add the number to a list for unrelated sales calls. If you tell us to stop, we stop, except for an open invoice or a storage agreement already in force.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent mailing lists. We do not share customer lists with data brokers. We do not use this website for cross-context advertising.
Who else sees it
- The people in the office and the technicians on that job.
- The company that hosts this website, on servers in the United States.
- Email delivery of a form to our inbox.
- A parts supplier or warranty desk, if a repair needs it.
- An insurer, a lawyer, or a regulator if there is a claim or a legal duty to provide the record.
How long we keep it
A website note is kept long enough to answer it and to document the job if one follows. Repair invoices and storage agreements are kept for the period our insurer and Florida practice expect, often several years. Camera footage rolls off the recorder. If you ask us to delete a website message and we do not need it for a job, a warranty, taxes, or a dispute, we delete it.
How we protect it
Access is limited to people who run the yard. No method of storage is perfect. Florida Statutes section 501.171 requires notice to Florida residents if certain personal information is breached — a name combined with a Social Security number, a government ID number, a financial account with an access code, certain medical information, or a username with a password. A name and a phone number alone are not that kind of record. We still treat your number and your vehicle as customer information. If a breach of the kind the statute describes ever happens, we notify as that section requires.
Florida and United States rules that apply to us
- Deceptive practices. The Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, Florida Statutes sections 501.201 through 501.213, and the Federal Trade Commission Act prohibit misleading statements. The services on this site are what we actually do. The written estimate or storage agreement controls the price of that job.
- Repair paperwork. When Florida’s Motor Vehicle Repair Act applies to the job, we give you the written estimate that statute requires before paid repair work, and we do not go past that estimate except as the statute allows.
- Calls and texts. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act restrict sales calls you did not ask for. A call about a repair or a storage spot you requested is not a cold solicitation.
- Email. If we email you, the CAN-SPAM Act requires us to identify the business, include our mailing address, and honor a request to stop. We do not buy email lists.
- Children. This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. A parent can email info@touramericausa.com and we will delete a form a child sent.
Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights applies to very large technology companies. It does not apply to this yard. California’s consumer privacy statute applies to businesses over that law’s revenue and volume thresholds. We do not meet them, and we do not sell personal information. A California resident may still email us to ask what a website form stored, to correct it, or to delete it. We will do that unless we need the record for a job, a storage agreement, taxes, or a dispute.
Your choices
You can call instead of using the form. You can close the cookie note. You can email info@touramericausa.com or call 305.639.1919 and ask what we have from a form, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a message we no longer need. Details on cookies are on the Cookie Policy. The work itself is covered in the Terms of Service.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here and change the effective date. A change does not rewrite a job already finished.
